A novelty offered by our company is burner ATMOS A70 PETRO, a revolutionary solution for burning alternative pellets. The burner is designed as a cylindrical combustion chamber in which all combustible substances are ideally burnt and which prevents due to its rotation the caking of ashes and facilitates their easy removal. The burner is designed for boiler Atmos D45P with a nominal output of 45 kW and efficiency exceeding 91 %. The boiler with the burner can be, however, installed up to thermal losses of the building of 60 kW with 88% efficiency. The required fuel are white pellets of high quality, although the burner can burn well also alternative pellets from rape straw, poppy heads, sugar mill cuttings and peat. If necessary, it is possible to burn a combination of various kinds of fuel. It is, in spite of that, always better to burn a particular kind of fuel separately to enable the setting of optimal burning parameters that influence the quality of burning, efficiency, and service life of the boiler. If combined with automatic removal of ashes Atmos we get a unit burning a cheap fuel at low operating costs and large comfort. It is recommended for all kinds of pellets (except peat pellets) to use shaftless spiral conveyer ATMOS DA50-2.3 m, diameter 90 mm. For peat pellets which have particular qualities we should use conveyer with central shaft DRA50 – 2.5 m, diameter 75 mm.
